Welcome to the Plaza!

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, The Plaza is a 255 condominium complex. There are five three-storied buildings, each containing 51 condominiums which are arranged around a large central courtyard with a fountain and gardens. The Plaza is convenient to freeways and shopping, and is located within the Cupertino school district.

Residents enjoy the use of the pool and spa, which is located next to the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse contains a small kitchen area and a meeting room, and is available for rental.

A security gate controls entry to the property and an intercom system controls entry to the buildings. Residents are given assigned underground parking and visitor parking is available for their guests.

For questions and concerns, homeowners can contact the on-site manager in the The Plaza office. The office is located within the Clubhouse and is open Monday through Friday during the morning.
